We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zetronix product and are here to help you. Most issues can be resolved by a quick phone call to your support team or a new ticker with http://help.zetronix.com/. In rare cases if the product arrives DOA (Dead On Arrival) or breaks within 30 days Zetronix will send you a return label for the defective item for an exchange only.
Quick Steps to Request Return/Exchange:
1. Call our support line (617)-861-8418 and tell our friendly & knowledgeable support staff your issue.
2. If our support team cannot resolve this issue we can issue your return label to ship the defective item back for a brand new unit and issue you an RMA number for exchange.
- Pack and ship the defective product to us
- We will test and inspect the defective product and ship you a new one immediately!
If you are not satisfied with your product you can request an RA number within 30 days of receiving your product for refund / store credit.
- You will be eligible for a refund for request made within 15 days of receipt of the product. You will be eligible for store credit only for request made from days 16-30 of receipt of the product.
- RA number will expire 10 days of issue, it is best so save your tracking number for your record.
- A prepaid label will be emailed to you for exchange only on defective products.
- Send your items in a shipping box with RA number clearly affixed to the outside, without RA your return may not be processed.
- Re-pack ALL product parts, accessories and manuals to avoid additional restocking fees.
- For your protection Zetronix will format and erase all receive SD cards and MicroSDs.
An order can only be cancelled if it is still in the pending phase of the process, if an order gets processed or shipped the order cannot be cancelled any for any reason. Depending on the time of ordering an order can be in the pending phase for anywhere between a few min. to a few days. All cancelled orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee when they are cancelled. To cancel an order please call us or email email@example.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any returned products. On promotional "Free Shipping" eligible purchases actual shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
We provide all customer for a free and quick exchange on defective or DOA products within 30 days. If the product still must be returned for refund a small restocking fee of 15% will be subtracted for your refund, this fee will apply to all returns.
Warranty Exchange / Defective Returns"
For your convenience and piece of mind all product purchased from Zetronix are backed be our standard 1 Year Warranty. We will replace or repair if the item stops working within 365 days of receiving the item with a new or "like new" working item. Product Inspection and Testing:
All of the returned items we receive are subject to inspection/testing process. At Zetronix, we are committed to high standards of quality; we test all defective items that are returned to us to improve our products' performance and our customers' satisfaction. Please allow up up to 15 business days to complete the inspection/testing process from the time we receive the item. Also, please note that any item claimed to be defective and found to be in good working order will be returned to you. In these cases you will be responsible for both shipping cost to and from Zetronix.
