Police in Kansas City are searching for the person caught on camera opening fire in a drive-by shooting. In the dashcam video recorded Monday evening, you can see a vehicle with its windows rolled down pull up on the right. Suddenly a gunman in the vehicle opens fire, shooting off at least a dozen bullets in a matter of seconds from the backseat before speeding away. No one was hurt. Investigators believe they were targeting a parked car just off the road. In 2016, the number of drive-by shootings increased 51 percent in Kansas City from 2015.
