The Kestrel 2 looks like an ordinary pair of sunglasses—with a discreet pinhole camera ed in the frame, a battery concealed in one arm, and buttons on the other arm to control recording functions. To start recording, simply press the hidden button, and the camera begins capturing high-definition video and audio. When you want to view your footage, plug the Kestrel 2 directly into any computer’s USB port or remove the memory card and insert it into any card reader. If you pair it with the optional Zetronix 4-1 card reader, you can easily transfer files from the memory card to your phone for playback, saving, or sharing.

The built-in battery provides about an hour of recording time per charge. However, you can connect the concealed USB port on the side of the glasses to an external USB battery pack for significantly longer recording sessions. Just slip the battery pack in your pocket, run the cable to the glasses, and plug in while continuing to operate the camera seamlessly.
