ZETRONIX RMA EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, Zetronix agrees to ship a product to the Customer with an accompanying return label for the purpose of an RMA exchange;

NOW, THE PARTIES HERETO AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Return of Product: Upon receipt of the exchanged product from Zetronix, the Customer agrees to return the original product to Zetronix using the provided return label within 30 days from the date of receipt.

2. Failure to Return: If the Customer does not return the original product to Zetronix within the specified 30-day period, Zetronix has the full right to: a. Charge the Customer's credit card for the full retail price of the product; and/or b. Engage a collection agency to recover the cost of the product and any additional fees associated with the recovery process.

3. Consent: By checking the box below, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Agreement and authorizes Zetronix to charge their credit card in the event of non-compliance with this Agreement.

4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Zetronix is located.

5. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

By clicking the "I Agree" button, the Customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Agreement and authorizes Zetronix to charge their credit card in the event of non-compliance with this Agreement.
