Warranty, Returns, & Exchanges



All Zetronix products are under a 1-year warranty which begins from the purchase date and ends exactly 365 days from the date. Our warranty only covers defects not damage caused by using the product. If you’re having trouble or think your product is acting up, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right.

We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee, should you want to return or exchange your order, simply get in touch with us within 30-days of receiving and we’ll begin the return process. 

Contact Us First

Please, do not send us anything without contacting us first! It’s challenging for our team when we get packages that we’re not expecting. They usually have no name, order number, or reason for return. 
We have no way to link products to our customer customers without proper information, so please get in touch with us first!
Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories. They also need to be in original condition. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a credit on your card. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement product.
If you return your product without first contacting us and getting an RMA, or your return does not meet the conditions above, up to a 30% fee will be deducted from your refund.


Restocking Fees

Due to the nature of the product, Zetronix sells we've had customers out there who buy from us to quickly to get the answers they want and then return the items to get a refund. The product solved their problem, and now they don’t want it anymore. 

It's an underhanded tactic that’s difficult to fight, and we can’t stay in business by being a rental company. While other sellers of similar types of products completely stopped allowing refunds which we do not think is fair, Zetronix asses a small restocking fee of 15% on all returns.  If you received a defective product please contact us first and we will help you troubleshoot if our team determines the product is defective we will replace it with a brand new product for free.*



If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different product rather than receive a refund please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. If there is any price difference for the exchange you will be charged or refunded as appropriate at the time your return is received and processed.


Inspection Process

All items returned are subject to an inspection/testing process.
If the product has been altered or physically damaged due to misuse, this may void the warranty and/or return eligibility of the item. In these rare cases your return may be denied and the product will be returned to you.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer for all products.
It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable return mailing service and keep a record of the tracking number for the return shipment. Zetronix will not be responsible for any lost return shipments. In the case that proof of delivery is requested for a returned package, the return tracking number will be required.


International Customers

Zetronix is unable to reimburse any customs or duties fees paid by international customers in the event of a return of an item delivered outside the United States.
As stated in our shipping policy, Zetronix is not responsible for any additional charges levied by the recipient’s country for importing our products. As such, we will not be able to issue any reimbursements for those fees.
For warranty replacements, we are able to mark the packages for the replacement shipment as replacement products. However, it is still up to the discretion of the recipient country as to whether or not additional customs or duties fees will be issued for the new shipment. Regrettably, Zetronix is not able to control whether or not these fees will be issued. Any fees will remain the responsibility of the customer.


Wholesale / Institutional Returns 

Any orders that have been pre-paid or are classified as wholesale or institutional orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after full or partial payment has been made. All Sales are final.
